2. Why don’t you show any prices on your website?

Palliser.com has been designed to show you the types of products produced by Palliser Furniture. Our independently owned and operated retailers establish all prices of our products and so we are not able to make them available on our website. If you are interested in the prices of our products, please visit your nearest Authorized Palliser Furniture dealer. A list of these dealers can be found through our Dealer Locator.

3. Does Palliser take custom orders?

In order to service our customers efficiently, we do not accept custom furniture orders. However, Palliser does offer product that transcends over many styles to suit many decor styles and trends. Upholstery products are available in a wide selection of leather and fabric coverings. Please visit an Authorized Palliser Dealer listed in our Dealer Locator to get more information on our wide product selection.

4. How can I find out about the status of my order?

The retailer where you purchased your furniture is independently owned and operated and access to their order management system is not available to Palliser.

If your local retailer requires assistance on tracking your order, please have them contact their Palliser Customer Service Representative.

5. Can I be directed to a store that carries the Palliser product I am looking for?

If you are interested in a particular Palliser product, please feel free to contact us through our Contact Us page. We will be happy to have one of our Palliser Sales Representatives assist you in finding the product that you are looking for. Please be aware that Palliser dealers are independently owned and operated and do not provide Palliser with information on their inventory.

6. How can I get a Palliser Furniture catalog?

Palliser is not able to provide the public with product related printed materials. If you are interested in viewing our products, please visit your nearest Authorized Palliser Furniture dealer. A list of our dealers can be found through our Dealer Locator.

Note: Each of our Authorized Palliser Dealers carries a varied assortment of Palliser products. Please visit the dealer nearest you to acquire information on the items offered at that location.

7. Can I purchase Palliser Furniture on-line?

To ensure that you receive the valuable advice and assistance necessary in making a furniture purchase, our products are sold through Authorized Palliser Dealers. These dealers can be found across North and South America and Europe. Many of these dealers have their own website and do sell Palliser product on-line. 8. Does Palliser Furniture sell directly to the public?

Palliser Furniture is not able to sell directly to the public. The distribution and service of our products is entrusted to Authorized Palliser Furniture dealers. To find the Palliser Furniture dealer nearest to you, please refer to our Dealer Locator.

9. Can I get a refund or exchange?

All refund and exchange policy agreements you have with your retailer are set independently from Palliser Furniture Ltd. For more information on any necessary refunds or exchanges please contact the retailer who sold you your product.

11. I recently moved and have lost some parts to my Palliser Furniture. What should I do?

Parts and assembly instructions can quite often be replaced. To find the replacement part you require for your Palliser product, please contact your nearest Authorized Palliser Dealer found through our Dealer Locator.

All warranty claims are handled through the dealer where the furniture was purchased.
